Muchenje offers discerning Safari clientele a truly unique wilderness experience from a stunning location. We are situated on the remote, Western side of the Chobe National Park. We are the only lodge in this area and as such offer a very private, unspoilt, game viewing experience.

Muchenje Safari Lodge accommodates just 20 guests in intimate exclusivity. Owner run, your hosts will ensure your stay is tailor-made to suit your own personal requirements.

The Elegant Central Lodge incorporates dining area, bar, viewing deck with a natural swimming pool. There is a wonderful fireside deck and lower dining deck with amazing views.

Each of the 11 en suite rooms affords unique, panoramic views of the flood plain and is very private. Each room is tastefully decorated in ethnic colours, airy and bright with the luxury of Old Teak Sleeper wood Furniture. High ceilings and walk in Mosquito Nets give the feel of space.

Game Viewing options include early morning, late morning, afternoon and full day game drives, game viewing on the river, walking safaris, night drives and culture at nearby traditional village. Mountain bikes are also available.
